The Professional Leadership Collective is designed to solve that.

This is a structured, facilitated peer group for Aging Life Care management business owners who are ready to lead with clarity, build operational stability, and grow a practice that does not depend entirely on them.

GROUP TIERS

• Strategic Growth is for owners with fewer than 3 employees who are building operational structure and a sustainable business model.
• Strategic Scaling is for practices billing 100 or more hours per week who are ready to scale with structure and financial clarity.

We are also building a Strategic Structure group for practices in between, teams with 3 or more employees who are past the early stage but not yet at full scale. If that sounds like your practice, you are welcome to join one of the current groups or reach out to be added to the interest list.
